At Fitness For Life FFL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact for a valid return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
